51 yr old fridge freezer found in Devon!
After weeks of searching for Devon's oldest fridge freezer the winner has finally been found! The competition closed on 1 December and the owner has been informed. Mrs Truscott who lives in Plymouth was delighted when she found out that she had won. Her fridge, which has a freezer compartment, dates back to 1958! Apparently the door doesn't shut properly so you can just imagine the amount of energy being wasted. Having an A+ rated fridge freezer will make a big difference. Beacon Electrical kindly delivered it to her on 16 December 2009.
