EAD secures exciting Retrofit for the Future project
EAD is working with BRE to undertake a feasibility study to refurbish a North Devon Homes property to deliver an 80% CO2 reduction.
The houses are solid concrete and in a challenging location, but detailed SAP modelling is showing that Passivhaus Standard is achievable.
